Customer Relationship Manager - BFSI | Associate Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with expertise in driving business sales, leadership, and client relationships, specifically within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertise:
- Provide industry-relevant thought leadership and business solutions.
- Analyze client challenges and offer consultative guidance.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Cognizant’s BFSI solutions.
Relationships:
- Establish and manage trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Build consultative thought leadership beyond the CIO level.
- Leverage client relationships to advance renewals, new business, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Act as a primary contact for handling critical client delivery issues.
- Collaborate with Client Partners (CPs), Service Line Specialists (SLSs), and delivery leadership to align account planning with client business direction.
Sales:
- Develop and execute sales plans and solution proposals in collaboration with service line specialists.
- Map client challenges to Cognizant’s BFSI solutions and craft winning proposals.
- Engage delivery teams early in the sales cycle to build client understanding.
- Develop creative responses to RFPs/RFIs and direct resources to address client challenges.
- Provide value propositions to clients to secure single-source deals.
- Drive organic growth and new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with a systematic approach and proven team player skills, ready to take on a leadership position in the BFSI domain.
